- Authorities have finally released a CCTV footage showing suspected individuals in the recent Jolo bombing
- A spokesperson for the military said that the three men were possibly in the act of detonating the bomb
- The footage also showed one suspected member of Ajang-Ajang giving something to another before running off after the blast
The recent Jolo bombing has sent the whole country reeling. With casualties reaching more than 20 individuals, the event prompted all forces of government to exert more effort in finding the culprits.
KAMI learned that the authorities now have a copy of a CCTV footage which showed three individuals, suspected as the bombers in the Jolo incident.
According to the report of GMA, the three individuals are members of Ajang-Ajang, another group known to be affiliated with the Abu Sayyaf.
The one in the blue-green jacket, was identified by General Oscal Albayalde as "Alyas Kamah." He was purportedly giving something to his companion, and was also seen running after the blast.
At the moment, the military seeks the cooperation of residents in Jolo, hoping that the people in the area could give information as to the whereabouts of the suspects.
There were two blasts which occurred. The first one was inside the church while the other one was outside the church.
The government has vowed to make the perpetrators responsible for the incident answer for it.
