Vicejack fans got hooked in It's Showtime's Monday episode. Vice Ganda and Jackque Gonzaga got emotional when Jacque genuinely wished and pray for Vice Ganda's happiness.
During the Miss Q & A portion of the show where Jacque usually hands in the quenstions for the contestants placed inside a glass bowl, she was asked by Vice Ganda whether she includes him in her prayers.
"Araw-araw, gabi-gabi," answered Jacque. The TV host said she was just playing along for show.
However, Anne Curtis, who is also co-hosting the segment said she believed Jacque was sincere. This made Vice asked the It's showtime dancer what she specifically prays for him.
"Sabi ko, i-bless ka, pati pamilya mo, pati happiness mo," she answered as she was trying to hold back her tears.
This made Vice wonder why she got emotional. "Totoo, totoong pinagdadasal talaga kita. Galing talaga sa puso ko 'yon. Nag-uumapaw kasi 'yung love and 'yung hope and pag-wish ng puso ko para sumaya ka." added Jacque.
Vice got tongue-tied initially and eventually turned emotional as well. The TV host recently admitted to be in the process of moving on.
"Hindi ko alam kung ano sasabihin ko sa 'yo. Masyado mo ako... Salamat. Huwag mo na ako isipin. Okay naman na ako," said Vice who is currently managing Jacque's career.
Jacque Gonzaga rose to fame when "ViceJack" tandem grew to popularity in 2018. This was followed by many career opportunities like product endorsements and event guestings. Gonzaga has always been vocal about how thankful she is to Vice Ganda who according to her was the reason for changing her and her family's life.
In a previous report by KAMI, Jacque also got emotional because of her haters and bashers.
