The brother of the slain Abu Sayyaf leader is one of the suspects for the twin suicide bombing in a cathedral in Jolo, Sulu.
KAMI learned that the brother of Abu leader Surakah Ingog, Alias Kamah was caught on CCTV lurking around the church before the tragic incident happened as reported by ABS-CBN News.
According to PNP chief Director General Oscar Albayalde, Kamah is a known bomb maker. He also added that the police are looking into the bomb fragments seized to determine the masterminds. The bomb was likely denoted through a cellphone.
In a previous report by KAMI, an Islamic State group has claimed the responsibility over the attack. However, the Armed Forces of the Philippines was pointing the Abu Sayyaf group as the people behind the incident.
Last January 27, a twin bombing happened during a mass was going in Jolo, Sulu. This incident caused at least 20 deaths and around 100 people injured.
