- Mocha Uson took a swipe at Anne Curtis for her reaction regarding the issue
Mocha Uson lectured Anne Curtis over the actress' reaction over proposed bill lowering the criminal age from 15 to 9 years old.
In a report by Bandera, Anne said, “Nakakalungkot isipin na ibaba nila ang criminal responsibility to the age of 9. At that age they are very much children. They still have a chance to change their ways if they happen to cause or get into any trouble instead of being sent to jail and sentenced as an adult."
This prompted Mocha to comment. Read before you react mam. Salamat po.”
However, some netizens pointed out that Anne posted the message during the time that the proposed age for criminal liability was still 9. It was just changed later to 12.
