In a report by GMA News, Baby Sevy was accompanied by two doctors along with the medical equipment during an almost 24-hour flight going to Memphis, Tennessee.
The St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis will cover all the expenses for the treatment of Baby Sevy. He is currently going through blood transfusions and other tests before his chemotherapy.
Since his treatment will start, the parents of Baby Sevy are in need of more prayers that their little angel will survive the “real battle”.
Hopefully kayanin ni Sevy 'yung paggagamot and ma-clear siya of all the Leukemia cells," said Dan Co, Baby Sevy’s father.
The parents of Sevy are thankful for those who helped them to make this opportunity happen. From those who helped them secure Baby Sevy’s US visa, passport, airline transportation, and those who keep praying for them
In a previous report by KAMI, the parents of Baby Sevy asked for help to seek the little angel’s passport and US visa. The Department of Foreign Affairs immediately extended their help and released Baby Sevy’s passport just few days after.
