- Angel Locsin's comeback in primetime is highly anticipated by many
-Especially her new drama series, 'The General's Daughter'
- The Kapamilya actress revealed the reason behind the long years before she finally returns in doing teleseryes
Angel Locsin's new show, 'The General's Daughter' is expected to air next Monday, January 21.
Though many fans are excited about it, a lot of fans are still wondering why it took almost 5 years before Angel starred again in a teleserye.
It can be remembered that aside from her special participation in 'La Luna Sangre' she starred in The Legal Wife (2014) which was an award-winning TV series.
As reported by ABS-CBN news, Angel disclosed the real reason why it took a very long time.
Natagalan po talaga, she added.
It can be remembered that even though she had no primetime shows during those years, she still appeared in some ABS-CBN programs such as 'Pilipinas Got Talent'.
The former Kapuso actress also revealed that she still received her salary in those five years even without a primetime series.
