- Lie Reposposa is often compared to Melai Cantiveros and Maymay Entrata
- The teen housemate as well as Maymay already spoke up about the issue
- Recently, it was Melai’s term to air her side regarding this comparison
Kapamilya comedienne Melai Cantiveros finally expressed her strong opinion regarding the comparison issue between her and PBB housemate Lie Reposposa.
KAMI learned that a lot of netizens accuse the teen housemate of imitating the style of former big winners Melai and Maymay Entrata.
People find similarities among the three since they all have jolly personalities and they often caused laughter inside the prominent house during their respective batches.
During Lie’s guesting in Magandang Buhay as part of the Big 4, she clarified that she is not copying anyone’s style because being lively is her true self.
The former “Tawag ng Tanghalan” contestant even defended that she will become famous because of her bashers.
"Ganun lang po talaga ako mag react. Kasi nga po first time nga lang po talaga. Kaya okay lang talaga,” she quipped.
“Mas lalo akong sisikat ‘pag marami akong bashers. Sa mga bashers, love you. Kahit ganyan kayo, mahal ko pa rin kayo, pero mas mahal ko mga supporters ko," she added.
Because of this, Melai also came to the rescue and attacked the bashers of Lie about the comparison issue.
The host emphasized that Lie does not care of their comments that is why they should stop already.
"Kaya wala kayong mapapala talaga. Bash kayo ng bash, eh wala namang pakialam si Lie. Sorry na lang kayo," the former PBB Big Winner stated.
In a previous article by KAMI, Maymay Entrata bravely spoke up about being compared to Lie Reposposa.
Melai Cantiveros is a Filipina actress and host who was born on April 6, 1988. Aside from her triumph in PBB, she was also hailed as the Grand Champion of Your Face Sounds Familiar in 2015.
