Such was the story that KAMI has come across where a girl was able to successfully lose 57.2 pounds by simply eating Skyflakes.
According to Noble Drift, the girl wasn't always conscious with her looks and would eat four to five times a day.
So there she was, 78 to 80 kilos because her mom would always tell her not to make tipid when it comes to food.
She reached the time that she no longer was happy with her looks and decided to lose weight.
Since she was not the type to go to the gym or exercise, she opted to eat Skyflakes.
She also ate rice but "once in a blue moon" only and decreased her sweets intake.
Now, after losing 57.2 pounds, she just needs to maintain her weight and is very much happy with what she has achieved.
