Vice Ganda made a shocking statement during one of the segments in the noontime show, 'It's Showtime' when he said that he has plans of entering politics.

The Unkabogable star said that he thinks of running for president in the future.

"Kakandidato talaga akong presidente ng Pilipinas, promise," he uttered.
"Siguro mga dalawang eleksyon pa, kakandidato ako, presidente talaga agad," he added.

It turned out that he was just joking when he followed it up with a joke that if ever he would win, it would be proof that the voters are not choosing wisely.

"Pag nanalo ako, isa lang ibig sabihin nun, sira-ulo talaga kayong lahat! Wala talagang kakwenta-kwenta ang mga bumuboto sa Pilipinas. Pag nanalo pa naman ako talaga."

He also revealed that he declined an offer to run for the senatorial race before.

"Maraming kumukuha nga sa akin, eh. May kumuha sa aking partido sa senador. ‘Sira-ulo ba kayo?’ Sabi, 'Mananalo ka.' 'Oh, ngayon, pag mananalo, tatakbo?'"
"Sabi ko, ‘Buong buhay ko tumatakbo na ako, pagod na pagod na ako no.' Itigil na natin, ngayon na nga lang ako nagpapahinga,"he said.
