Kapamilya actor Richard Yap became the subject of public interest as some reports claimed that he will already be leaving his network after the May 2019 elections.

KAMI learned that the promising celebrity is rumored to be signing a contract with GMA-7 few months from now after his stay in its rival channel.

The allegations sparked when netizens identified Richard as the subject of a blind item thrown by Arnold Clavio and Ali Sotto through their radio program.

It was said that a Kapamilya actor will be transferring to Kapuso network in June this year after the May 2019 polls.

If the rumors are true, the former “Be Careful With My Heart” star is expected to go the way of actors Jason Abalos, Matt Evans, Rafael Rosell, and Tom Rodriguez.
