The awards night for Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2018 was held on Thursday, December 27 in the Theatre in Solaire. Among the participating films, Rainbow's Sunset won most of the award including the most coveted Best Picture award.

One Great Love star Dennis Trillo was awarded as the Best Actor and the Best Actress Award was awrded to the veteran actress Gloria Romero for the movie Rainbow's Sunset.
