President Rodrigo Duterte gave an order to the police as well as to military to kill those who will violently resist or avoid checkpoints and inspection as he told the reporters on Wednesday. KAMI learned from GMA News that President Duterte wanted for the police and military to “maintain law and order” as 2019 polls are drawing near.

“I am placing the entire Armed Forces na assigned dito and the police to maintain law and order. Magdala ka ng baril, magdaan ka ng checkpoint at sabihin mo, hindi ako papara kay governor ako, mayor ako. Ang utos ko sa police pati military, p— ina, patayin mo,” President Duterte said.
“Gawain mo lang rin inutil ‘yung mga sundalo ko, pati police ko, ayaw ninyo magpaniwala, may checkpoint, hindi kayo magpara kasi governor ka or mayor ka, p—ina. Ang utos ko, totoo ‘yan. ‘Pag ayaw huminto, makipag-away sa inyo, barilin mo. Iyan lang, simple ‘yan,” the President added.
In a report by Inquirer, President Duterte visited the wake of his ally, Ako Bicol Rep. Rodel Batocabe. The President said that the Batocabe family cries for justice. He assured them that the government will not allow these things to happen. He also assured the residents of Daraga that the elections will be safe there even though Batocabe, who was running as a mayor was killed.
As previously reported by KAMI, President Duterte also ordered Interior Secretary Eduardo Año to file charges against Guimbal town mayor Oscar Garin and his son Iloilo 1st District Rep. Richard Garin for physically attacking a policeman.
