It would be a memorable Christmas Day for three police officers on duty as they assisted a woman deliver her baby on the streets of Makati.
KAMI learned that the 22-year-old mother, identified as Divine, was from Mandaluyong City.
Around 3:00 p.m., she already went into labor and didn't make it to the hospital.
Fortunately, three cops assigned on Burgos Street were present and helped the poor woman.
The three heroic fellas according to Inquirer's report were PO1 Fatima Manalo, PO1 Marygrace Lanaja, and PO1 Evangeline Evardo.
They were the ones who contacted the Makati Rescue Team so as to have the mom and baby checked.
The rescue team was the one who brought Divide and the baby to Ospital ng Makati. Both Divine and her baby are okay.
It was previously reported in KAMI that a baby was also rescued from the garbage dumps.
