For starters, NBA King Lebron James made it to the headlines when he decided to transfer to Los Angeles Lakers which shocked the many. KAMI reported before that James signed a 4-year $154 million deal with Lakers.
When James made a homecoming in Cleveland, where Lakers faced the Cavaliers, his previous team made an effort to show a video tribute to King James. After the game, James was spotted sharing a moment with his previous teammate Tristan Thompson.
Dwyane Wade’s “One Last Dance”
In a previous report by KAMI, Dwyane Wade announced through a Youtube video that he will be making a comeback in Miami Heat. In his video titled “One Last Dance”, Wade also announced that this will be his last season playing in NBA.
Los Angeles Lakers & Houston Rockets’ brawl
During the 4th quarter of Los Angeles Lakers and Houston Rockets match, it can be seen through ESPN’s Youtube video that Lakers’ Brandon Ingram pushed Rockets’ James Harden. Later on, when their teammates and officials tried to stop them, Rockets’ Chris Paul and Lakers’ Rajon Rondo had a heated exchange and started a scuffle.
KAMI previously reported that Ingram was suspended for four games, Rondo was suspended for three games and Paul got two-game suspension.
Klay Thompson’s record breaking performance
During the game of Golden State Warriors and Chicago Bulls, Warriors’ Klay Thompson dropped 14 three-pointers. Thompsons’ performance has broken the record of most three pointers made by his teammate Stephen Curry with 13 three-point shots within a game.
Thompson revealed that it was Curry who encouraged him to set another record. According to him, Curry was so “unselfish” for doing it.
Derrick Rose’s emotional victory
Former NBA MVP, Derrick Rose has set his career-high 50 points during the match of Minnesota Timberwolves and Utah Jazz. KAMI reported that Timberwolves’ Rose got emotional after his best performance yet after the NBA Season ’10-’11.
Even his co-NBA players loved and enjoyed the victory of Rose. The players shared their happiness through Twitter and extended their congratulations.
