Filipina-Australian Catriona Gray won the Miss Universe 2018. One of her competitors, Miss Autralia Francesca Hung, opened up about her fellow Aussie.
KAMI learned that the Aussie beauty queen spoke to the Australian program “The Morning Show.”
According to Francesca, she considered Catriona as her “biggest threat” in the pageant.
She also talked about Catriona as a person and as a beauty queen.
“She’s just like any other Aussie girl. She grew up in Australia, so she has the same sort of values and ideals.
“She was born for this role. She is a well brought-up pageant girl, so she is going to be an amazing spokesperson for Miss Universe,” she commented.
Francesca, along with Miss USA Sarah Rose Summers and Miss Colombia Valeria Morales, were bashed online after the three were seen in a video seemingly mocking contestants who had difficulty speaking in English.
As reported earlier by KAMI, Catriona was crowned as the Miss Universe 2018.
Catriona Gray is a Filipino-Australian actress and model who was born on born January 6, 1994.
She already joined and became a finalist in Miss World 2016 before winning Miss Universe this year.
