Matgie Moran who won in the year 1973 looked gorgeous in white and Gloria Diaz, the country’s 1969 titleholder was seen looking radiant in a yellow dress.

However in a phone interview, Gloria Diaz clarified that she was not wearing yellow. “I recall wearing white,” she said in a phone interview with Mario Dumaual.
Ariella Arida who competed in the year 2013 was the last Pinay to wear a yellow gown at the prestigious pageant.
