‘Insensitive’ post of Miss Grand International allegedly targets Catriona Gray

The online world was rocked once again by a controversial post in the Miss Grand International account as it allegedly targeted Catriona Gray’s journey in the Miss Universe 2018.
KAMI learned that the Pinay beauty queen is currently in Thailand to compete in the world’s “most prestigious” pageant as she also becomes the early favorite to win the crown.
A lot of pageant experts said that the Philippines’ bet is certainly the one who will lord the contest but Catriona believes it is everyone’s game until the coronation night.
Because of this, netizens speculated that the post at the Miss Grand International Instagram account was meant for the Pinay contestant.
On December 15, the official account of the recently-concluded pageant posted a photo of its winner Clara Sosa while having a cooking session with MGI President Nawat Itsaragrisil.
The caption greeted the pageant’s followers using a Filipino term and laughed after saying something about cooking show.
“Mabuhay!!! Real cooking show lol,” it wrote.
It was not clear if Miss Paraguay Clara Sosa was the one who posted the controversial statement but a lot of social media users did not like the “insensitivity” of Miss Grand International.

Some of the netizens even accused the pageant itself for being the “real cooking show” as they mentioned that the fainting incident during its recent coronation night was nothing but scripted.
