- Actor Tirso Cruz and his partner shared a heartbreaking story about their son Teejay
- He passed away on November 21 but his parents revealed his six-month battle with cancer

Veteran actor Tirso Cruz III and his wife Lynn Ynchausti Cruz are certainly grieving for the painful death of their lovely son Teejay.
KAMI learned that their eldest child passed away on November 21 at the age of 37 because of lymphatic cancer.
Despite finally giving up, Tirso and Lynn emotionally shared to public the six-month journey of Teejay in battling the deadly cancer.
Lynn initially expressed that she already accepted the fact that her son already joined the Lord in heaven.
However, she hinted that she will never forget the precious bonding moments they shared together including the times they spent while praying every 5:30 in the morning.
Since May 1 this year, Tirso and Lynn’s son had been in the hospital because of the said ailment and he was only able to go home for four days.
The loving mother shared that her child underwent three chemotherapies in the hope of finally living a normal life outside the hospital.
But everything changed when Teejay spoke with her mom, expressing how tired he was in his half-year battle with cancer.
“Ma, pagod na ako...” Teejay admitted as narrated by Lynn in an interview with PEP.ph.
His mother then told him to be with the Lord already and follow the white light whenever and wherever he would see it.
In a previous article by KAMI, Teejay’s siblings posted a heartbreaking message for their late brother.
Teejay was a former actor who was part of the Kapamilya show entitled, “Ang TV.” He also became a cast in several movies including “Rollerboys” and “Eskapo” before finally deciding to quit showbiz.
