President Rodrigo Duterte has shared to the public that the government has been conducting investigation regarding the alleged deals and transactions of Senator Antonio Trillanes IV’s parents. KAMI learned that as per President Duterte, the government is “investigating quietly” and he is sure that it will all come out.
“We are looking into the paper[s]. You know that. We are investigating quietly 'yung mga deals sa panahon ng tatay pati 'yung involved 'yung nanay. And he [Trillanes] can be very sure na lalabas lahat 'yan,” President Duterte said at the ground breaking of Davao City Bulk Water Supply Project on Monday.
During the one-on-one interview of President Duterte and Atty. Salvador Panelo before, the President mentioned that the mother of Trillanes, Estelita, was allegedly involved in supply transactions in Philippine Navy and that his father is still in military service.
As previously reported by KAMI, Trillanes said that the President should spare his 84-year-old mother who is suffering from advanced stage of Parkinson’s from their feud. He also denied the accusation of Duterte about his father because his dad retired from military service since 1998.
