Depressed ba? Alessandra de Rossi finally provides reason for shaving her head

Alessandra de Rossi had an honest interview on the ABS-CBN program “Tonight With Boy Abunda.”
KAMI learned that Boy Abunda asked her about the reason for shaving her head.
According to the actress, she did it for a special project that will be revealed in full soon.
“Siyempre meron for a cause. Basta may pinaghahandaan ako,” she stated.
Alessandra also tackled the different speculations on social media about her new hairdo, starting with problems with her shampoo.
"Never akong nagsuklay sa buong buhay ko. Ang nagsusuklay na ng hair ko ay 'yung mga make-up artist na sa taping. Sobrang buhol-buhol na ang buhok ko. So, hindi po shampoo 'yung dahilan, suklay talaga,” she said in jest.
She also denied that depression was the cause of her new hairstyle, although she admitted to wanting to shave her head many years ago when a close friend died.
"I am okay. Sa totoo lang, 19 years old ako gusto ko talagang magpakalbo nung namatay 'yung best friend ko kasi nade-depress ako. Um-okay si Mommy, sabi niya 'alam mo sa totoo lang wala naman talaga akong pakialam kasi kaya mo namang dalhin 'yan. Kaya lang baka sabihin ng mga tao hindi ako mabuting ina kasi hinayaan kita'. Napunta sa kanya, eh,” Alessandra explained.

Alessandra de Rossi is known as one of the best dramatic actresses in the country.
Her 2017 movie “Kita Kita” with Empoy Marquez became one of the biggest box office hits of that year.
She also recently appeared with Empoy on the Kapamilya teleserye “Since I Found You.”
