- Edu Manzano defended the show and said it doesn't only focus on the problems of the police in the Philippines
-For him, Filipino viewers are aware of the difference between reality and FPJAP’s fictional story
Edu Manzano finally gave his views about the PNP's complaint against the show 'FPJ's Ang Probinsyano' starring Coco Martin. Edu is known to be the villain in the action-drama series that's why his opinion towards the issue is highly anticipated.
As reported by PEP.ph, Edu believes that FPJAP doesn't only focus on the Philippine's current problems particularly the dilemmas among some policemen.
"How the police authorities are portrayed in the teleserye is not exclusive to the Philippines," Edu stated.
"The depictions are a product of the vivid imagination of the writers, and actual events that are woven together to present a colorful and interesting story for the televiewers," he added.
He said that Filipino viewers are wise enough to identify the difference between reality and a fictional plot.
"I trust the Filipino [audience] can tell the difference between fact and fiction," Edu said.
