Now-Kapuso actor Paul Salas finally gave comments and reaction on the alleged relationship of his ex-girlfriend Barbie Imperial and JM De Guzman.
KAMI learned that the Paul and the young actress were in a relationship but they eventually decided to part ways few months ago.
From then, Barbie and JM have been romantically linked with each other as they are also being partnered in drama series.
Just months after their much-talked-about split, Paul initially expressed that he prefers to not talk about the past issues.
The promising actor explained that he just wants to focus on his career as he remains single now and not dating anyone.
“Sa ngayon ayaw ko na lang po muna magsalita about sa ganyan (past issues) kasi mas focus muna ako sa career ko, and 'yung paglipat ko ng network,” he quipped.
“Naniniwala po ako na everything happens for a reason, baka may reason kung bakit nangyari sa akin 'yon, kung bakit bina-bash ako ng tao. Basta ako, ayaw ko na lang po muna magsalita sa kung ano ang nangyari sa amin ni Barbie. Para sa amin na lang talaga 'yun. Ayaw ko na ipagkalat pa sa public,” he added.

However, Paul became vocal in answering if he has bad blood with the linked partner now of his ex-girlfriend.
The celebrity heartthrob said that he has supported the tandem of Barbie and JM ever since and he has no problem with that.
“Actually never naman po namin naging problema 'yung love team nila. Never po naging issue sa amin 'yun. Ever since day one, sinusuportahan ko po ang love team nila. Happy din ako sa nangyari at success ng show nila,” Paul stressed.
“Wala na din ako nababalitaan, kasi umiwas na din po ako sa social media ngayon. Marami din po akong guesting ngayon, so focus muna po ako sa career, sa pagsasayaw ko, sa gym,” he added pertaining to the increasing closeness of the two Kapamilya celebrities.
