Blogger and restaurateur Erwan Heussaff gave his wife Anne Curtis an extraordinary gift for their anniversary during their much-talked-about vacation in Africa.
KAMI learned of the one-of-a-kind present as the promising actress posted and flaunted it on her social media account.
According to Anne’s Instagram post, her husband fostered a young and orphaned elephant when they visited the country, Kenya.
The celebrity even revealed that the special gift she received was born a day after her birthday and is named “Enkesha.”
With regards to why the elephant had to be taken to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (DSWT), Anne expressed that Enkesha got wrapped by wire snare around the trunk.
She also shared how naughty the little elephant is which makes her cuter to be taken care of.
“Part of my anniversary gift from @erwan. He fostered a little orphaned elephant in my name. We visited her yesterday. Her name is Enkesha. Born a day after my birthday,” the Sid and Aya star wrote.
“She had to be taken in because of a horrible wire snare that was wrapped around her little trunk. It now has a little hole in it because when she was much smaller she somehow was able to take the stitches out. Kulit. She’s sooo cute when she sleeps though. She puts her little trunk up on that blanket behind her and just lets it rest there,” she added.
