According to state weather bureau PAGASA, they have raised signal no. 3 over three areas as Typhoon Rosita approaches closer to Luzon. KAMI learned that there are threats of floods and possible landslide and/or storm surges as reported by Rappler.
Rosita was last seen 410 kilometers east northeast of Casiguran, Aurora. It has maintained 150 kph winds and 185 kph gusts.

In a report by Philippine Star, PAGASA senior weather forecaster Aldczar Aurelio has stated that Rosita will bring rains like Tropical Storm before which lashed Metro Manila in 2009 due to its rains that lasted for about six hours, the longest ever in history.
Rosita is expected to leave the Philippine area of responsibility on Wednesday as long as it moves towards west southwest. However, rains are likely to go on until Nov. 1, All Saint’s Day.
