Kapamilya actress Alex Gonzaga decided not to remain silent about the recent issue that she is facing regarding the added feature on her vlogs.

KAMI learned that the social media influencer put a disclaimer at the start of her videos to explain their real purpose and to answer netizens’ questions about their contents.

Alex wrote that her videos are made for entertainment reasons only and that she urged viewers to choose another clip if they find her vlogs sensitive.

“Warning: Watch at your own risk. This vlog is for entertainment purposes only, not political, not religious, not thing,” the actress wrote.

“Kung sensitive ka, mag next video ka na lang muna,” she added.

Several netizens, however, questioned the said disclaimer and expressed that the celebrity can never stop her critiques because the comments were made for her to learn.

They also suggested that Alex should accept that politics, cultural sensitivity, and social awareness are all connected with each other and they will all affect her vlogs’ contents.

Here are some of the hard-hitting comments from netizens:

“Okay, officially, Alex Gonzaga is cancelledt. So, hindi siya sincere do'n sa mga pag-sorry niya at iba pang mga replies? Maygad, sobrang arogante. Tinuturuan nga siya ng sensitivity kasi maraming concerned sa content niya para mas mapaganda, ta's ito ang isasagot niya. Haisxt."

“Hindi mo pwedeng patahimikin ang namumuna sayo. Kaya ka pinuna para matuto hindi 'yon sa pagmamasama sayo. Out of the legit concerns, ginawa mong ‘katatawanan.’ Kaya di tayo umuunlad kasi sa thinking na ‘kung ayaw mo di wag kang manood’ despite the fact na malawak kasi ang reach mo.”

She also suggested to the netizens that before they start commenting and judging about her vlogs’ contents, they should first watch them and see what are featured inside.

“Hi! This is now our disclaimer every start of my vlog. It’s not to offend anyone. We made sure the whole video has “wholesome” sense of humor,” the Kapamilya star said.
