1. Bong Revilla Jr.
According to Bong Revilla Jr.’s wife Lani Mercado, the actor-politician had an affair with his ex-girlfriend Lovely Guzman after they lost their newborn daughter in 1991.
The affair produced a son – Luigi Revilla, who is now an actor and very close to Lani and her kids.

Vic Sotto is currently married to Pauleen Luna, who he has a child with named Talitha Maria, and was previously married to Dina Bonnevie, who he has two kids with – Oyo and Danica Sotto.

3. Joseph “Erap” Estrada
