1. Bong Revilla Jr.
According to Bong Revilla Jr.’s wife Lani Mercado, the actor-politician had an affair with his ex-girlfriend Lovely Guzman after they lost their newborn daughter in 1991.
The affair produced a son – Luigi Revilla, who is now an actor and very close to Lani and her kids.
2. Vic Sotto
Vic Sotto is currently married to Pauleen Luna, who he has a child with named Talitha Maria, and was previously married to Dina Bonnevie, who he has two kids with – Oyo and Danica Sotto.
The comedian also has a child with Coney Reyes – Vico Sotto – and with Angela Luz – Paulina Sotto.
3. Joseph “Erap” Estrada
The former President of the Philippines is married to former First Lady-turned-senator Dr. Luisa "Loi" Pimentel, who he has three children with – Jinggoy, Jackie, and Jude Ejercito.
He has two children with actress Peachy Osorio – Jojo and Tetchie Ejercito.
One child with incumbent San Juan City Mayor Guia Gomez – JV Ejercito.
One child with a former flight attendant named Larena – Jason Ejercito.

4. Eddie Gutierrez
Eddie and his wife Annabelle Rama have six children.

Patrick is currently married to Nikka Martinez and they have three daughters.
