Inihayag ng kampo nina Cedric Lee at Deniece Cornejo ang kanilang pagnanais na matanggal si Judge Bernard Pineda Bernal ng Taguig City Metropolitan Trial Court. Ito ay dahil sa diumano’y maling pagbababa ng hatol hinggil sa kasong grave coercion, ayon sa ulat ng Inquirer.net.
Ito ay kaugnay sa kasong isinampa sa kanila ni Vhong Navarro dahil sa insidenteng pambubugbog, paggapos, at pananakot kay Vhong ng grupo nina Cedric at Deniece.
Matapos ibaba ang desisyon ay agad nagsumite ng motion for reconsideration ang kampo nila Lee para matanggal ang kaso kay Judge Bernal.
Itinuro din nila ang diumano'y kakulangan ng judge, “wrong appreciation of the facts, laws and evidence surrounding the case manifests his gross ignorance of the law, grave abuse of authority, and extreme bias and partiality, thus leading to an unjustified judgment of convicting [Lee and Cornejo].”
