- Actress Sunshine Cruz finally won the annulment case versus her former husband Cesar Montano
- Because of this, she disclosed how her daughters felt when they heard of the result
- Sunshine also expressed that they deserves to be granted the freedom
Kapuso actress Sunshine Cruz frankly revealed how her daughters felt when the decision was finally given regarding her annulment to estranged husband Cesar Montano.
KAMI learned that it was the actress’ manager who revealed the final verdict of the annulment through a social media post.
Sunshine expressed that as soon as they arrived home, her daughters could not help but jump because of happiness when the decision was finally released.
The actress also quipped that her children are very grateful because they support the actress in her decision to live without Cesar.
"Sobra, sobra (ang suporta nila). Alam nila yung hirap ko. Alam nila yung kailangan ko i-cancel yung trabaho ko para lang mag-attend ng hearing for annulment,” she remarked.
"Alam nila yung kailangan kong gumising nang maaga dahil Quezon City pa yung court... of course, ang layu-layo ng bahay namin, Parañaque,” she added.
Just like her daughters, Sunshine became joyful after hearing about the judgment of the court in favor of them.
She said she and her daughters already tried their best in saving the relationship but all the efforts they exerted just did not work.
"Siyempre, gusto ko lang naman talaga... ginagawa ko ito kasi it did not work. We tried our very best. Hindi na talaga uubra,” the actress stressed.
"So we deserve an honest-to-goodness freedom," she added.
In a previous article by KAMI, the Kapuso star lambasted Cesar and his sister for posting receipts of financial support of the actor to his daughters.
Born on July 18, 1977, Sunshine is a Filipina actress and singer. She married actor Cesar in 2000 and they were granted three lovely daughters, namely: Angelina Isabelle, Samantha Angeline, and Angel Franchesca.
