KC Concepcion recently created buzz on social media when she shared online that someone sent her flowers and that she was on a date with somebody.

1. Rico Blanco

KC and the former Rivermaya frontman dated each other from 2003 to 2005. There was a rumor that they had a child but this has been denied.

2. Billy Crawford

Although never confirmed, news circulated that KC dated the pop star for two years after her breakup with Rico Blanco. Billy, who is now married to actress Coleen Garcia, admitted to Mo Twister many years ago that he has kissed KC.

3. Lino Cayetano

KC had a brief relationship with the director back in 2007. According to Lino, Senator Pia Cayetano was instrumental in starting their love story.

4. Piolo Pascual

The relationship between KC and the ultimate Pinoy hunk was highly-publicized, as well as their painful breakup in 2011. The reason for their separation was never clarified but KC said in an interview with Boy Abunda that the actor kept on doing things that hurt their relationship. She refused to answer when asked if there was a third party.

5. Paulo Avelino

KC and the heartthrob actor dated in 2014. Paulo admitted in 2015 that KC became her girlfriend the previous year but that they broke up later.

6. Aly Borromeo

The Azkals player and KC got into a relationship last year. Unfortunately, they announced their breakup earlier this year. Despite the breakup, the two are still good friends.
