Dingdong Dantes, naglabas ng sama ng loob sa paggamit ng litrato nila sa "Ang Probinsiyano" ng walang pahintulot

Naglabas na ng kanyang saloobin ang Kapuso actor na si Dingdong Dantes tungkol sa dalawang beses na paggamit nang walang pahintulot ng larawan ng kanyang pamilya ng teleseryeng FPJ's Ang Probinsyano.
Ibinahagi ng DongYanatics (fans mismo nina Dingdong at Marian) ang screen shot mula sa Ang Probinsyano na nagpapakita ng photoshopped photos ng Dantes family.
Ayon sa kanilang fans ang litratong ginamit sa August 8, 2018 episode ng teleserye kung saan makikita si Alice Dixson (bilang Catherine Cabrera) na nakaupo sa tabi ng frame ng wedding photo nila ni Edu Manzano (bilang Vice President Lucas Cabrera).
Ang litratong ito daw ay photoshopped mula sa original photo na kuha sa kasal nina Dingdong at Marian Rivera noong December 30, 2015. Ngunit pinalitan ito ng mga mukha nina Edu at Alice.
Yung unang pakakataon naman ay nangyari noong November 9, 2017 episode ng Ang Probinsyano, may ipinakitang larawan sina Joko Diaz at Mickey Ferriols na may hawak na isang baby.
Sa litratong kuha sa binyag ni Zia, hindi na umano napalitan ang mukha ng bata.
Sa isang ulat ng PEP, napag-alaman ng KAMI na naglabas ng kanyang saloobin ang Kapuso actor.
Kaya naman, sa pamamagitan ng Facebook ngayong Lunes, August 13, naghayag ng saloobin si Dingdong kaugnay ng isyung ito.
Ayon kay Dingdong, nagpadala sila ng sulat sa producer ng teleserye upang ihayag ang kanyang pagkadismaya.
“Courtesy and fair practice must always be observed especially in an established industry like ours.
Inihayag din niya na nararapat lamang na humingi sila ng pahintulot na gamitin ang kanilang mga litrato.
"But whether or not it is done within the entertainment sector, we should always be reminded of the basic etiquette for online photo use and sharing that includes asking permission and/or citing sources.
Gayunpaman, sana daw ay hindi na maulit ito.
"I do hope that this won't happen again to anyone."

“Last week, the DongYanatics has brought to my attention that photos of our family were used and altered for a primetime television show.
"In two episodes of Ang Probinsyano, our wedding photo and a photo taken during Zia's baptism were edited and featured without the consent of our photographer and our family.
“I have been deeply thinking about disclosing my response to the public. However, I owe it to the DongYanatics, to other friends who also expressed their concern, and to our family, to share our action regarding this.
“A letter has already been forwarded to the production team of Ang Probinsyano. This was done, in good faith, to express my dismay and deep concern.
“Courtesy and fair practice must always be observed especially in an established industry like ours. But whether or not it is done within the entertainment sector, we should always be reminded of the basic etiquette for online photo use and sharing that includes asking permission and/or citing sources.
"I do hope that this won't happen again to anyone.
“Below's an excerpt from the letter that was sent to the producer of the show last August 11:
“I appreciate that you found artistic inspiration from the original photos.
"Unfortunately, there is the inescapable consequence that legal and moral rights were violated here.
"And as you may very well be aware of, established industry practice is against such act as it amounts to disrespect.
"Worst of all, as a father and husband, I cannot help but feel offended and deeply hurt by such actions, which happened not just once, but twice.
"Basic rules of courtesy in this case dictate that you first secure permission from the photographer and my Family.”
