Kapuso Actress Aiai Delas Alas was caught reacting pricelessly after knowing that she won Best Actress Award in Cinemalaya 2018.
KAMI learned through a viral video that Aiai cried like a crowned beauty queen when her friends announced the good news.
Aiai’s sob can also be heard in the video while her friends continued to congratulate her.
The actress bagged the coveted award for her movie, “School Service.”
“Pasensya na sa reaksyon na ito. Kasi naman po nanonood ako ng The Clash, nag a-analyze pa ako ng mga nanalo at lumaban tapos ang pagkasabi ni Sancho, ‘Mama, nanalo ka ng Best Actress!’” Aiai shared.
“Ako naman, ‘omy God, nanalo ako, nanalo ako!’ Super Crayola, 48 colors, Thank you Lord, sobra,” she added.
Aiai extended her gratitude to the Cinemalaya Jury for choosing her as this year’s awardee.
She also thanked Loui Ignacio, her director, and the whole production team of School Service.
“Mga inspirasyon ko sa buhay, thank you mga anak. Sancho, Niki, Sophia, and Andrei. At sa aking asawa, Gerald, happy monthsary! Ang ganda ng gabing ito!” the comedienne said.
