A photo posted by a Facebook user named Cheng Phukan had gone viral. According to the post, the staff of Japan_Airlines in Vietnam Tan Son Nhat airport bowed to apologize for the delayed flight.

What made it even more amusing is the delay is due to a storm which really is something out of their control.

The caption of the post reads, "Flight delayed due to the rain storm, employees of #Japan_Airlines in Vietnam Tan Son Nhat airport bow sorry passengers. What a delightful moment ? The reason i love Japan for its behavior, cleanliness and warm hearted people. There is so much to learn from this country. Salute to them."

This is something that is admired most with Japan. Japanese people are known for their politeness and being warm-hearted people.

This only shows that they value their costumer's time that much that they are very apologetic even though the cause of delay is not their fault.

The post gained 23,000 shares and 40,000 reactions.
