- Saab Magalona shared her horrible experience at a DFA office whe she was trying to secure a passport for her son, Pancho
- She was asked to come back 2pm despite the policy of the government that there is no lunchbreak
- The actress also expressed her disappointment over confusing workings in DFA's policies, as well as the way they treat the priority lane
Saab Magalona went to the DFA office at Megamall to secure a passport for her less than a year old son, Pancho
KAMI learned that she went there around lunchtime but was surprised when she was told by the guard that she had to come back at 2pm.
It was only then she insisted that there's no lunchbreak and she decided to talk to someone in-charge.
Realizing that Saab will not be backing down, she was then allowed to go inside, and according to Saab, those at the office even acted like she owes it to them for accommodating her.
It was also quite obvious that nobody was manning the priority lane where PWDs, senior citizens, and also according to the DFA, minors, will be assisted.
There was even some confusion as to why Saab had to pay P1,200 just because she was in the priority lane, as compared to the regular rate of P950 without using the prio lane.
The daughter of Francis Magalona couldn't contain her disappointment and had to vent it out in social media.
Take a look at the posts of Saab.
Netizens immediately expressed their own horrible experiences at DFA and gave support to Saab.
In a previous report, Saab Magalona was not included in a picture posted by her sister Maxene.
