Many Filipinos miss Carol Banawa’s golden voice, as she used to be one of the premiere singers in the country.
KAMI learned that the former singer is now living a fulfilling life in the USA.
According to her Instagram post, Carol is now registered nurse!
"Today, I am officially Carol B. Crisostomo, RN. #toGodbetheGLORY," Carol wrote.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing two months ago, as she graduated from Northern Virginia Community College in Washington D.C. She was the Summa CumLaude of her batch.
Aside from her nursing career, Carol is also enjoying the company of her husband Ryan Crisostomo, a US Military Officer.
Last January, they celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary.
Carol and Ryan have two children – one girl and one boy.
Carol is responsible for hit songs such as “Bakit ‘Di Totohanin” and “Iingatan Ka.”
In 2016, her song “Bakit ‘Di Totohanin” was featured in the American series “The Vampire Diaries.”
