Viral billboard suitor Xian Gaza is found guilty of the Anti-Bouncing Check Law case that was filed against him by Melinda Cruz and Jaime Asuncion. Malabon Metropolitan Trial Court charged Gaza after he violated the law and will be staying in prison for five years and six months.

According to Pep.ph, Xian Gaza personally posted the decision signed by Judge Maya Joy Camposanto on his social media account. The viral billboard suitor will also have to pay PHP 2,180,000 aside from the legal costs and interests. Gaza expressed that he feels hopeless after the decision was released.

After posting the copy of the decision, Xian updated his profile picture and captioned it about karma. He also added that he is given 15 days to file a motion regarding the decision given for the case.

Before being convicted, Xian Gaza was seen in jail after receiving two warrant of arrests due to investment scams but was able to get out after posting bail.

Xian Gaza became known to the public after he put up a billboard asking for a coffee from actress Erich Gonzales. He was involved in alleged investment scams. Also, his social media is full of places that he visited. Xian Gaza admitted that he was a scammer.
