- The actress wrote a lengthy rant against the airline because her luggage was left in Manila
- She had to go through the hassle of buying new stuff for work because the airline failed to bring her luggage
Kiray Celis wrote a lengthy post, slamming Cebu Pacific Air for leaving her luggage in Manila while she had nothing to use at her destination.
The actress was so infuriated because her luggage can't be located and all her work clothes were in it.
Aside from the fact that she called out the rotten service, she also expressed her frustration at having to pay for luggage she wouldn't be able to use.
What made it worse was the amount that they paid to to Kiray which was simply way too low.
The airline paid her P3,000 for the missing luggage. The scheme was for every 24 hours that the luggage would not be located, the airline would pay P3,000.
Although unsaid, perhaps, Kiray felt insulted as she fired back that the amount of P3K is less than the cost of just one of her work-clothes.
This isn't the first time that Cebu Pacific was criticized for allegedly providing a rotten service.
