- Former President Benigno "Noynoy"Aquino said there is no any proof showing the Dengvaxia is deadly
- This was after he filed to the counter-affidavit
- He even stated that the benefits of Dengvaxia prevails over its risks
On Monday, the former President Benigno Aquino III had the time to speak to reporters saying there is no evidence showing the Dengvaxia has noxious effects, according to gmanetwork.com.
He also stressed out that the risks of this anti-dengue vaccine overshadow its benefits. This controversial report started to circulate after he filed a counter-affidavit to a complaint that charges the former President with offenses, like criminal negligence.
"To this day, wala pang napapakita na ang Dengvaxia ay nakakamatay", he asserted.
He also insisted that Dengvaxia reduces the cases of severe dengue, symptomatic dengue, and hospitalization.
