- She didn't expect that Manny will grant her wish
- According to Manny, his mother deserves it
Manny Pacquiao gave his mother, mommy Dionisia or Mommy D, a brand new van for her 69th birthday.
KAMI learned that Mommy D requested for a new van but she thought Manny won't buy one.
"Sinabi ko sa kaniya na ‘Nak, gusto ko sana ng van. ‘Nak, last na ‘yan, ‘Nak. Hindi ko in-expect na bibigay niya kasi sabi ni Manny, 'Okay naman 'yang sasakyan mo, Ma.'"
According to ABS-CBN, Mommy D is more than grateful that at the age of 69, she's still very healthy. She is also very happy with live-in partner Michael Yamson, her 42-year-old boyfriend.
"Nagpasalamat ako sa Panginoon kasi wala na akong sakit, pinagaling na ako. Nalagpasan ko na 'yong mga sakit-sakit."
The boxing champ only wants to make his mom happy, "Deserve ng Mama ko ‘yon, kaya binigyan, niregaluhan ko siya ng bagong sasakyan. I am sure happy siya. Ma, mahal na mahal ka namin. Happy birthday, Ma. We love you!," Manny said.
Mommy D will be celebrating her birthday with a simple gathering on Tuesday night. However, Manny won't be able to attend due to his prior commitments as a Senator.
Emmanuel "Manny" Dapidran Pacquiao, is the son of Rosalio Pacquiao and Dionisia Dapidran-Pacquiao. Manny is the fourth child among six siblings. Mommy D left Manny's father when she discovered that he was living with another woman.
Manny is married to Jinkee Pacquiao and they have five children, Emmanuel Jr., Michael Stephen, Mary Divine Grace, Queen Elizabeth and Israel.
