It was reported earlier that Nadine Lustre was criticized for her viral video wherein she pushed the arm of a female fan who's taking a selfie with James Reid.
However, PEP reported that JaDine fans came to her defense and revealed some details regarding the said video.
According to PEP, they have read from a JaDine fans club forum thread that some of them were actually there when it happened.
The fans said it was an event in Cove Manila last Saturday, April 14.
It happened during the launch of Nadine's newest endorsement of a beauty product.
KAMI learned that after James' appearance during Sarah Geronimo's concert, he followed Nadine in Cove Manila.
When James arrived, female fans rushed towards him and some of them even appeared to be tipsy.

According to the report, Nadine pushed the arm of the female fan because she has been taking selfies with James several times already.
They even said that since a lot of female fans wanted to have a selfie with James, the actor can't even join his girlfriend, Nadine.
JaDine fans said that people should try to understand how frustrating it can be for Nadine and James who also wanted to have a good time together.
They also claim that the people behind Nadine's viral video are actually fans of a different love team, therefore implying that they're trying to ruin Nadine's image.
Nadine Lustre and James Reid's most recent film "Never Not Love You" has already reached its 50M mark.
Their film also received good reviews from critics which was directed by Antoinette Jadaone.
