Gerald Anderson proved in his recent video that he has not forgotten his roots despite achieving superstardom in showbiz.

In a video uploaded by Showbiz Paparazzi, Gerald can be seen going to the province to visit his supposed large farm.

One of the clips also shows Gerald driving a tricycle with two male companions.

Although it was not indicated where the farm is, the location is presumably in General Santos City, where Gerald grew up.

The Kapamilya actor was born in Subic, Zambales.

However, he also lived from time to time in the US, particularly in Texas and Missouri.

His family finally settled in General Santos City when he was 14 years old.

Gerald’s father is American while his mother is a Filipina.

His recent movie, “My Perfect You,” was a box office hit.

The movie also starred Pia Wurtzbach and was directed by Cathy Molina.

KAMI applauds Gerald for knowing how to appreciate his humble beginnings!
