- The victims are Jaime Asuncion at Melinda Cruz
Christian Albert Gaza, also known as Xian Gaza, has two arrest warrants issued against him for allegedly scamming two investors on his business.
KAMI learned that the complainants were Jaime Asuncion at Melinda Cruz.
The arrest warrants were issued by Branch 26 and Branch 120 of the Malabon Metropolitan Trial Court for violation of the Anti-Bouncing Checks Law, according to a report from ABS-CBN News.
Cruz said that Gaza borrowed P2 million from her.
The agreement was that Gaza would pay the debt to Cruz monthly, with an interest of P20,000.
But after five months, Gaza disappeared and discontinued paying Cruz.
As for Asuncion, he also accused Gaza of not paying his debt.
Gaza went viral last year after asking actress Erich Gonzales out for a coffee date.
However, Gonzales decided to decline the date request after finding out about the alleged scams against Gaza.
His photos with other celebrities, such as Ella Cruz and Liza Soberano, also went viral.
