Losing a child is one of the hardest things a mother can experience. For first-time mother Saab Magalona, the pain was unimaginable.

On March 29, she uploaded the tombstone of her daughter, named Luna Isabel Magalona Bacarro on her Twitter account. This was the first time she had revealed the name of her daughter, as she had always referred to her as her baby girl.

Saab, just like her blog post announcing her sad fate, sounded heartbroken, yet hopeful. She thanked her brother, Frank, for making the tombstone as personal as it can be.

Saab also introduced her baby boy, Pancho Gerardo, as they are getting ready to go home and get discharged from the hospital.

Last March 6, Saab shocked the netizens and her blog readers as she announced that they have lost her twin girl, and she has been recovering for a month until sharing the news. Messages of support from her online family have been poured over the new mother, and she said she's been coping up better.

"It's hard to be a mother and it's hard to be a father. Can you just imagine how difficult is it for one person to play the role of two?" Anna revealed why being a single parent is the hardest decision has ever made. Know more about this story on KAMI Youtube Channel!
