A taxi driver was caught in the act refusing to give a ride to a person with disability.
The incident was luckily witnessed by the news anchor Raffy Tulfo who is known for helping the oppressed and helpless.
Raffy Tulfo is always willing to help those who have been swindled or those who are in a situation where they have been "inagrabyado."
KAMI saw on Facebook a video clip showing the news anchor helping a disabled person board a taxi.
The caption read, "Natyempuhan ni Idol Raffy habang papasok siya ng TV5 ang isang taxi na tumangging isakay ang isang PWD. Napababa siya ng sasakyan at hinabol ang taxi at sabay na sinabon si Mamang Tsuper,"
This prompted him to get off his car and reprimanded the taxi driver.
Mr. Tulfo even gave financial help the woman. This kind gesture of him made the netizens admire him even more.

Tulfo has a weekday afternoon radio program entitled, Wanted sa Radyo, on Radyo5 92.3 News FM with Niña Taduran.
The program focused on helping the poor on battling the red tapes of society. He was also behind investigative and public service shows like "Philippines' Most Wanted", "Task Force Siyasat" and "Problema Mo, Sagot ko".
He is one of the Tulfo Brothers in "ISUMBONG MO: TULFO BROTHERS" along with Ramon, Ben and Erwin Tulfo. The program aired only few episodes due to some internal network problems and controversies.
Tulfo also wrote columns for the widely circulated tabloid newspapers "Abante-Tonite", "Abante" & "Pinoy Parazzi".
