- Tricia Centenera shared her thoughts about her past with ex-husband Gab Valenciano through a blog post
- She shared that she had already moved on from the pain their seapration had caused her
- They were supposed to celebrate their third anniversary if not for 'bad choices'
Time had indeed healed the wounds of the ex-couple Gab Valenciano and his former partner, blogger-model Tricia Centenera.
They broke up 3 years ago because of Gab's alleged infidelity.
On Tuesday, which would have been their third anniversary if not for "bad choices," Centenera opened up about how the passage of days have helped mend her broken heart.
Tricia started by sharing their meeting after years of their break-up.
She acknowledged the support she received from God, family and friends which made it possible for her to talk to her ex which made her feel "empowered."
"Yes, this man broke me. However, I didn't let it ruin me forever," she acknowledged. "Expectation is that as his ex-wife I should hate him, I honestly don't."
Tricia also described how she felt for Gab nowadays. She treats him as a sibling and defended him from the bashers and haters.
"My ex-husband, I believe, is a good man who has just made some bad choices, but are any of you completely perfect?". I can say I've made some pretty poor life choices too but I believe it's how we bounce back and get back up that's what's more important."
"There's nothing wrong with failing and he is trying his best to be the best version of himself so please let him try," she pleaded.
The blogger-model also revealed that she is now happy with another man.
"Always having faith that God has a plan that’s even more magical than your wildest dreams."
Prior to their split, Valenciano and Centenera married three times — in a civil ceremony in the United States in 2014, and in Tagaytay and Boracay in 2015.
