- Sharon Cuneta and Sen. Francis Pangilinan celebrated their 24th anniversary as boyfriend-girlfriend
- On Instagram, Sharon shared how much she appreciated Kiko as a man
- The Megastar also revealed that they almost broke up too many times
Sharon Cuneta posted a long and heartfelt message for husband Sen. Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan on Instagram.
On March 24, Sharon and Kiko marked 24 years of being in a relationship together.
Their whole family celebrated it in Thailand. According to Sharon's post, the Southeast Asian country has been their happy place since the kids are small.
The Megastar poured out her heart and acknowledge the man who have stood by her through her ups and downs.
"Kiko and I are celebrating our 24th year as boyfriend-girlfriend today! Thank God for a secure, supportive, simple, hardworking, God-fearing, faithful, devoted husband. We’ve been through way too much together...Almost broke up too many times...but in the end, I am his home, and he is mine," wrote Sharon.
The actress also confessed that she "have a renewed appreciation for Kiko."
Sharon also shared that although he and Kiko have had massive fights, they never fought about another woman.
"The mere fact that he and I have fought so many times over two decades - but NEVER over another woman - is a gift from God. No palpitations, no crying at night wondering where or with whom my husband may be - PRECIOUS. Even if I want to murder my hubby sometimes, as I’m sure he sometimes wants to kill me too (with kisses. Yuuck! Hahaha!) - I suspect we will always be together," said Sharon.
It is well-known that Sharon's former husband and ex-boyfriends from showbiz had cheated on her before.
Sharon thanked God for giving her a decent man.
"Happy Anniversary to one of the most decent men I know. Even if you are now my ex-boyfriend, I thank God I did not make you my ex-husband! I love you, Francis. I wish everyone could get to know you the way we all do. God be with you and all of us always. Thanks for being my dorky! And for being the best father to our four big gremlins!" said Sharon.
Sharon and Kiko got married on April 28, 1996.
They have two daughters, Frankie and Miel, and one adopted son, Miguel.
Kiko also legally adopted KC Concepcion, Sharon's daughter with Gabby Concepcion.
