It was a heartbreaking moment for musician Saab Magalona when she lost her baby girl last February.
But the Cheats vocalist seemed to be finding the positive side of things when she donated her surplus milk to the Human Milk Bank on Friday, March 23.
In a tweet, Saab explained how happy she is that she can help other babies. Although she also noted how bittersweet it was for her.
She wrote: "I'm so happy I was able to donate 100 bags of breastmilk to the Human Milk Bank today. Bittersweet that my body seems to be producing enough for twins, but it really makes me happy thinking of the babies that will get stronger because of my 'liquid gold'."
She also shared a link for mothers who are willing to donate breastmilk.
Seeing Saab's tweets, some netizens sent her a link to a viral post seeking milk donations for a newborn named Phoebe.
Her mother, Giki Oliveros Cabanayan, unfortunately, died after giving birth.
Saab responded and confirmed that she will be delivering milk bags for baby Phoebe.
Saab and husband Jim Bacarro lost their baby girl on February 8.
Her twin, Saab's baby boy, undergone surgery due to complications. He is currently recovering well in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Saab and Jim got married on January 24, 2015.
They have known each other for 10 years before getting married.
Saab is the daughter of OPM rap master Francis Magalona. She is the sister of Elmo and Maxene Magalona.
