- Toni Gonzaga shared how Seve is not a usual toddler
- The 2-year-old follows the sleeping pattern of his parents
- He also has his own tutor and attends weekend classes
Toni Gonzaga shared some unconventional ways how they are raising baby Seve, her son with husband Paul Soriano.
The multi-talented star talked to entertainment site PUSH about how unique Seve is.
Most toddlers are hyperactive, but Seve's energy keeps him awake until way past the usual bedtime.
"Well Seve is like his parents. He's not a usual kid na maaga natutulog. He sleeps at 11 PM. Pag talagang super active, 12. He wakes up around 10 AM and then he takes his brunch," said Toni to PUSH.
Toni added that they tried putting him to bed at 8 PM, but it never worked.
"He's just so active. Like last night he slept before 12," said Toni.
She explained that Seve is a very active child and likes to read books and play with his toys.
"We don't want to be too strict and impose a system on him. We give him the allowance to do what he wants within of course the limitation that's still proper and okay for him," said Toni.
To help Seve channel his energy for learning, he already has his own tutor.
He attends a class on weekends to develop his social skills. While every Tuesday and Thursday, Seve learns motor skills with his tutor.
"Yung tutor we got that idea yung preparation niya when he goes to school na parang he knows na what's going to go on," said Toni.
Seve's tutor is the same teacher as Scarlet's. Toni said Dra. Vicky Belo gave the recommendation.
"Same teacher as Scarlet. Recommended by Vicky Belo. Actually mas mabilis yung development. In this day and age kasi you don't really have that much time anymore to focus and sit down so there's someone to help," said Toni.
Seve's full name is Severiano Elliot. He was born on September 30, 2016.
Toni and Paul Soriano got married on June 12, 2015.
Toni is an actress, singer, and television host. Paul is a film director.
