- Inspiring story of a former OFW who braved countless years of being away with her children
- She endured the pain of being an OFW for a total of 23 years
- She is now staying with her children for good and now they have a place to call their own
Our letter sender is from Rhodora Fetisan, who got married at an early age and now has three children.
Because of the growing needs of her children she decided to leave the country and worked in Taiwan.
According to Rhodora, she was not lucky with her first employer. They are not allowed to have a day off, just pure exhausting work, day in and day out.
Rhodora moved from one employer to another in different countries for 23 years.
Now, her children are all grown up, all of them are successful in their chosen fields.
They now have a place to call their own, a two-storey house in Cavite.
The greatest thing of all is that Rhodora has finally decided to stay for good and live with her children.
Fruit of her labor, their dream house in Cavite.
