Kaye Abad is laying low in the Queen City of the South. The popular actress relocated to her husband Paul Jake Castillo's hometown after they got married.
Based on her Instagram posts, the new mom is happily settled in Cebu City.
She keeps busy with their businesses and enjoys the world-class beaches of the Visayan province. And of course, taking care of baby Joaquin.
According to PUSH, Kaye is not prioritizing her acting career for now. She wants to focus on raising her almost three-month old baby.
This is what Kaye said in an interview with PUSH before she gave birth.
"Siguro kapag may baby na hindi na ako siguro makakapag-regular show. Siguro guestings, ganyan. But we'll see. Kung magiging flexibile naman 'yung schedule, basta kaya. Pero siyempre priority 'yung family kasi [ma]tagal kong pinangarap 'yung magkaroon ng sariling pamilya," said Kaye.
The actress gave birth to her first child on December 22, 2017. Joaquin shares his father's birthday.
Kaye has previously said she wants to have three kids.
She married Paul Jake in December 9, 2016.
Kaye has been an actress since 1993. She started as part of children's show Ang TV.
She became a popular actress for teen-oriented films and TV series. Her most notable onscreen partner was John Lloyd Cruz, whom she starred with in Tabing-Ilog.
