- Piolo Pascual is already on his 5th month in the Kapamilya sitcom 'Home Sweetie Home'

- The actor producer shared some details about their next possible project about the Marawi siege victims
Fans thought that Piolo Pascual's character in 'Home Sweetie Home' has come to an end.
On it's March 10 episode, 'JP', (Piolo's role) bids goodbye to the family of Julie, (Toni Gonzaga's character).
However, before the episode ends, JP came back and the reason is set to be told on the next episode.
"No, they just presented a new concept, we’re adding a new character, suprise yun,"
The original plan was that Piolo will just be in the sitcom for only 2 weeks, but now, he is already on his 5th month.
"Yung two weeks na sinabi sa akin, pang-fifth month ko na and I’m having a good time because kasama ko si Tin [Toni Gonzaga] and it become a family as well," said the Kapamilya heartthrob.
Meanwhile, Piolo will also be producing a movie about the lives of the people who experienced Marawi Siege.
The Kapamilya actor and producer spilled some details about the project.
"We’re auditoning, we’re auditioning actors, we’re auditioning people from Mindanao. This movie is not about actors, this movie is about the history, about what happened in Marawi. Ang priority namin talaga dito is mapaganda yung istorya, mapaganda yung script na sana mapaganda din yung execution ng pelikula.”
There were also rumors that the movie will have JM De Guzman, Carlo Aquino and Daniel Padilla.
The movie was originally set to be shown in cinemas by June.
However, because of their aim to make the movie more exciting, relaistic and interesting, the movie will be set to another showing date.
"Originally, we wanted to show it on June but because of the script, mahirap namang biglain mo. Today nag-meeting sila with the director and the writer, nandun kami sa revision after ipadala yung first draft, ni-revise ngayon, drinaft uli, ngayon dire-diretso habang nagro-roll kami ng auditions. Talagang gusto naming maging malinis, mahirap kasi mahal siya. Kailangan sigurado ka na maganda yung ilalabas mo na produkto.”
Piolo is one of the co-owners of Spring Films which will be the producer of the Marawi movie with Direk Joyce Bernal.
